We provide pressure washing, hedge trimming, fence painting and brick washing. We strive to deliver high-quality workmanship, but results may vary depending on the condition of surfaces, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

2. Appointments and Cancellations
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations or no shows may be subject to a fee.

 

3. Payments
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of services. We accept cash or bank transfer. Any additional work requested on the day may incur extra charges.

 

4. Access and Safety
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe conditions, pre-existing damage, or items not moved before work begins.

 

5. Liability
While we take every precaution, ATOutdoors cannot be held liable for accidental damage to surfaces or items due to unforeseen circumstances. We are fully insured and will handle legitimate claims professionally.

 

6. Weather and Delays
Certain services may be postponed due to adverse weather or unsafe conditions. We will notify you promptly to reschedule.

 

7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.
