If you are not completely happy with any part of our work, please contact us by phone or email using the details provided on our website. We will arrange to return to your property and rectify any work that does not meet your expectations, free of charge.

 

We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of service completion to allow us to address your concerns promptly.

Please note that this policy covers rectification of the service provided and does not include refunding payments for work already completed, unless otherwise agreed.
